Vintage Mushroom Table Lamp from GEPO.
This table lamp was made by Gepo in the 1970s.
The hood is height adjustable, and under the hood you will find 3 E14 fittings, suitable for LED.
This lamp is in neat vintage condition and works properly.
The lamp is 57 cm high and the shade is 35 cm in diameter.
About Gepo ;
A Dutch family business founded in 1965 in Amsterdam by the Posthuma brothers. Peter (Sales Director) and Jules (purchasing and marketing), Archi and Rob (production)
The name ' Gepo' comes from a combination of 'Gebroeders Posthuma'.
Gepo mainly specialized in designs of floor, wall, table and arc lamps with the typical Space Age design. The brand often used chrome parts finished with transparent drilled plexiglass suspensions (typical for the Gepo brand)
Gepo NV ended its activities sometime in the early 1980s.
