Beautiful Mid Century Modern coffee table, designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen for G Plan and produced in the United Kingdom between 1962 and 1967.
This model (Occasional Table #8020) is a fine example of the Scandinavian-inspired design that Kofod-Larsen introduced within G Plan.
The table features an elegant and refined base in solid teak / afrormosia with slender, tapered legs and a characteristic joint at the bottom.
The tabletop is finished in teak veneer with a warm, vibrant grain.
The proportions are particularly successful, making this table a perfect fit for both a classic MCM interior and a contemporary setting. Details:
