A small jewelry box with a wonderfully soft feel, molded from satin pink glass with pearlescent reflections. Its three-lobed shape, created by three rounded lobes that form a heart, gives it an instantly recognizable silhouette. The lid and the inside of the base each feature a seagull in flight, acid-etched into the body of the glass. The satin glass plays with light in a particularly charming way. Its matte surface captures ambient light and diffuses it into a soft glow, while the polished interior reflects light with greater intensity. This type of pink pressed glass box, with engraved animal decoration, is characteristic of French or Bohemian glass production from the 1930s-1950s, in the style of Lalique's creations. Approximately 12 cm wide, 10 cm deep. The glass is in beautiful condition, with the subtle charm of objects that have spanned several decades.
