Characterful hand-painted ceramic vase from France, in the style of Vallauris ceramics of the 1950s. The ivory-white glaze features a colorful scene with dancing figures and percussion, typical of the exotic motifs of the period.
The vase has a slender form with flared neck and foot, and bears a model number (2035) and a partially visible factory mark at the bottom. The glaze shows slight craquelé, giving the piece a lived-in charm.
