A beautiful and unique cabinet by Fornasetti, produced in a special edition released a few years ago as part of a Louis Vuitton collection. This iconic design by Piero Fornasetti and Gio Ponti was first presented at the Triennale di Milano in 1951. The Trumeau remains one of the most characteristic and iconic furniture designs within Fornasetti's oeuvre. The cabinet is in absolutely pristine condition. It has been used exclusively as a decorative piece: never as a desk, and the storage space has never been used. As a result, the piece has been preserved exceptionally well. A remarkable collector's item where art, design history, and Fornasetti's distinctive surrealism come together.
