An iconic piece of Italian postmodern design: the FontanaArte “Tour Quadrato” coffee table, designed by Gae Aulenti in 1980.
The table is crafted from 19 mm tempered glass, fitted with solid chrome-plated steel supports, and glass casters with original black rubber tires.
This is the rare square version (100 × 100 × 42 cm), which was produced in limited numbers compared to the rectangular version.
The design reflects Aulenti’s signature combination of industrial elegance and architectural clarity—transparent, sculptural, and timeless.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks on the top, only a few minor superficial scratches visible in direct light. The chrome is still beautifully polished. The original rubber around the casters is somewhat dried out but intact. One caster is chipped.
