Elegant and functional Jean folding table by Eileen Gray, manufactured by ClassiCon based on the original 1929 design. The Irish-French designer Eileen Gray is one of the most important figures of classical modernism, creating iconic furniture pieces that blend Bauhaus, Art Deco, and functional minimalism. The table impresses with its minimalist design and high-quality combination of materials: chrome-plated tubular steel, a white-coated tabletop, and fine solid wood edges. A particularly distinctive feature is the ingenious folding mechanism, which allows the table surface to be extended in just a few simple steps. This makes the table suitable as a compact side or desk table, as well as a flexible dining table for smaller spaces.
Condition: Very good condition with minor signs of age-related wear. The chrome surfaces are in excellent condition, and the tabletop shows only minimal signs of use. Sturdy and functional.
