Product description
A Unique Historical Piece for the Serious Collector of West German Ceramics and Genuine MCM. This beautiful vase was produced in 1959 by Fohr Keramik on the occasion of their 100th anniversary.
The vase still features the original silver anniversary sticker "100 Jahre Fohr Keramik Seit 1859" on the front.
The model has a sleek, modernist-shaped body and features a fantastic geometric abstract decoration (stained glass projection). Within the thick black lines, areas are hand-colored in 1950s shades: lemon yellow, soft green, turquoise, and ochre/reddish brown.
The bottom is officially marked "Made In West Germany Fabrikmarke 309 20". Manufacturer: Fohr Keramik (West-Germany)
