This porcelain table lamp is a joint design by Kaj Lange for the renowned Danish brands Fog & Mørup and Royal Copenhagen. The refined silhouette and the detailed, deep blue thistle motif make this a recognizable piece of Scandinavian design from the mid-twentieth century. The lamp base is crafted from high-quality white porcelain and is fully marked on the underside with the stamps of both manufacturers and the model number. The object is in excellent, original condition, retaining its authentic character. This timeless fixture looks its best on a sideboard or side table in a modern or classic interior.
