Iconic Danish 1960s teak armchair with original olive upholstery. Hand-shaped curved armrests, tapered silhouette, Danish France & Son maker’s mark present.
Designed by Finn Juhl, the "Diplomat" distills Danish elegance into a tapered silhouette: generous upholstered volumes that remain visually light, a warm-grained teak frame, and carefully hand-shaped curved armrests. The design balances straight lines with softened transitions, while the slender legs lift and refine the whole profile. Original olive upholstery and the Danish maker’s mark by France & Son are present. Good condition. May show signs of age. Please pay attention to the photographs.
