Product description
For sale: an original Fagerhult desk lamp, model Victor, designed by Swedish designers Tom Ahlström (1943) and Hans Ehrich (1942). A great example of Scandinavian functional design from the 1970s, with minimalism and ease of use at its core.
The lamp has a round white lacquered base, a chromed stand and a height-adjustable white lacquered shade. A timeless and stylish design that can be used both as a desk lamp or reading lamp.
Ahlström & Ehrich co-founded A&E Design, one of Sweden's best-known design studios. Their work is internationally recognized and included in collections at MoMA New York and Nationalmuseum Stockholm, among others. This Victor lamp for Fagerhult belongs in that list of iconic Scandinavian design pieces.
