In 1992, John Cerneüs, who works under the name Fabian, began his artistic career by creating artistic objects, sculptures, and statues from scrap iron and various metals.
In 1995, Fabian met Herman Brood in his studio, and from that moment on, an intensive collaboration began.
Herman taught Fabian the finer points of painting, and on countless canvases, both worked together on the subject matter, with Fabian frequently taking responsibility for the background.
