Product description
Elegant vintage bar cart / serving trolley / drinks trolley. Made of solid brass and mahogany.
Probably made in Europe (France/Italy), dating from around 1940–1955.
The cart has original wooden tops and bottoms (no glass), a sturdy brass frame, and large spoked wheels with rubber treads. It runs very smoothly, without squeaking or play, and is stable.
All fasteners are fitted with original flat-head screws (not later Phillips screws), indicating its authenticity and age. The brass has a beautiful, even patina; the wood is in good vintage condition with normal signs of wear consistent with its age.
No structural defects or modern repairs. Details:
