Original hand-colored etching and aquatint on paper by celebrated French Art Deco artist Louis Icart. This refined composition depicts a graceful female figure accompanied by a swan, a recurring poetic and symbolic motif in Icart’s work, presented within an elegant oval format that enhances its decorative and lyrical quality.
Executed as an original etching and aquatint, the print is delicately hand-colored, lending softness and depth to the palette, particularly in the subtle blues and greens.
