Near mint condition.
Since the chair is primarily a decorative element in my home and has only been used with the table two or three times, it has only minimal signs of wear (four very small, almost invisible marks, no bigger than a pinhead, untreated!) and very slight marks on the feet. They are completely unnoticeable and you really wouldn't notice them unless you knew they were there. The chair would receive a grade of 1- (A-) according to the German school grading system.
It is two years old and comes from a well-maintained, non-smoking home.
