Product description
This sculptural Panton Chair was designed by Verner Panton and belongs to the early productions of the iconic chair. The chair bears a Herman Miller label and dates from the late 1960s to early 1970s, a period in which the design was produced in heavier fiberglass-reinforced polyester. Thus, not the Herman Miller / Fehlbaum production, which is of slightly lower quality. The form, consisting of a single flowing line – without rear legs – was revolutionary when Panton introduced the design in the 1960s. The chair is in good vintage condition with signs of use.
