Product description
This vintage classic Vitra Eames lounge chair is a timeless design icon. Designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1956, this armchair is considered worldwide to be one of the most influential designs of the 20th century.
These pieces were produced by Vitra and are finished in premium black leather; the characteristic wooden shell is made of “American cherry” wood. The aluminum swivel base is finished in chrome. They are the classic dimensions.
The chairs and ottomans are in very good condition, with very light signs of wear consistent with sporadic use; there are no structural defects. The leather is still supple and comfortable, and the construction is sturdy and stable. See photos.
