The Priola's delicate double stand can be rotated over 90 degrees to the left (front view). This is exceptionally elegantly done.
The Priola breathes the '80s in several elements. The pastel green (turquoise) border under the shade and on/off switch and the seemingly contrasting shapes of the base (oval crescent) and shade (pyramid) attest to late Memphis influences. The use of matte black and the light source (halogen) make the Priola a lamp that could only have been made at that time. The Priola also meets most of Dieter Rams' 10 principles of good design.
Condition: Excellent. Lamp has been tested and works properly.
When shipped, it is carefully packed to prevent damage.
