Product description
This is a classic German-made swivel work chair, a "Arbeitssessel" or doctor's stool, produced by Jörg & Sohn in Coburg. According to its manufacturer's plaque, it was most likely produced in 1973.
The chair has been expertly restored. It features a high-quality new leather upholstery and has been fitted with new, soft rubber casters that protect flooring. The central hydraulic piston is fully functional and allows for smooth height adjustment from approximately 60 to 75 cm.
A robust and ergonomic design, perfect for a studio, workshop, or as a unique desk chair.
