Product description
For sale: a beautiful and rare highboard / sideboard, model B60, designed by Swiss designer Dieter Wäckerlin and produced by the renowned German furniture company Behr Möbel.
The exterior is clad in warm, characteristic teak veneer with a beautiful wood grain. The interior is finished in light blond wood (maple). The sleek black lacquered metal base gives the piece its distinctive elegant appearance. Completely without visible handles — the doors close with magnets and fold ingeniously into each other when closed. Typically Wäckerlin: pure, functional, and timeless.
The cabinet has four large doors (two double sets) that provide access to spacious compartments with adjustable shelves. At the bottom are four drawers with the original wooden handles — no superfluous details here either.
The cabinet is in very good vintage condition, befitting its age. The exterior looks beautiful and well-maintained. The interior shows light use but is fully functional.
