Gianpietro Tonetti, born in Cremona (Italy) in 1958, works and lives in Lodi (Italy). He has been involved in design since 1977, starting as a design consultant in the field of home decoration. In 1983 he founded dimensioni s.a.s. at (tonettidesign s.a.s. from 2011), an industrial design company, specialized in the industrial design of consumer products. He almost completely left the world of home decoration behind to concentrate his activities in various industrial areas. His experience in different and diversified productions has enabled him to acquire and develop a broad technical and technological knowledge of processes and material capabilities. By personally following the different stages of all his projects, from design through technical feasibility assessment and then industrial production, he maintains the important balance between the design concept and the final technical reality. Each of its project concepts is developed to fit perfectly into the client's techno-commercial reality. Tonettidesign s.a.s. uses the widest range of advanced tools available. has become a point of reference for universities, IT companies, researchers, project designers and multimedia experts, as a result of the technical content and cutting-edge technologies used in its work. Currently, Gianpietro Tonetti not only works at different levels with Italian companies, but also collaborates with European, American and Asian companies.
