Delfina chair for sale, designed by Enzo Mari for the Italian company Rexite. Original creation from 1974, winner of the Compasso d'Oro in 1979. Four available, sold individually or as a set of four.
The Delfina is an absolute icon of minimalist Italian design. Its remarkably slender chromed steel rod frame is covered in a removable red Kvadrat Field 2 fabric slipcover, thanks to a large, durable zipper, allowing for easy cleaning and a change of color. A functional and ingenious touch, perfectly characteristic of Enzo Mari's approach, who saw in each object a solution to a practical problem as much as a formal statement. Stackable up to 12 chairs.
Very good overall condition, with some signs of wear consistent with age and use.
