Exceptional screen print commemorating the 1972 Munich Olympic Games
Dimensions: 25 inches by 40 inches (approximately 64 cm by 101.5 cm)
In very fine condition for a piece over 50 years old (see photos)
Exceptional because officially issued posters at the time were required to include stamps. You can see the stamps from the opening ceremony, postmarked August 26, 1972, and the stamps from the closing ceremony, postmarked September 10, 1972. Value 2.45 DM and 2 DM (German marks)
