Product description
A very fine, hand-blown crystal cognac decanter with a pronounced bubble pattern, signed Daum ✠ France (Cross of Lorraine) engraved on the base of one side, dating from the 1960s-1970s. It features a star-shaped medallion and two sculptural handles applied while hot, with a beautiful solid crystal stopper. Exemplifying the quality of its craftsmanship, this decanter is a fine example of Daum's modernist production from the mid-20th century. Created and produced for the House of Rémy Martin, it is a prestigious collector's item associated with Cognac. 19cm wide, 28.5cm high with the stopper, 20cm high without the stopper, and approximately 5 to 6cm deep. In perfect condition, without chips or cracks, the crystal is clear and unclouded. Approximately 2 kg.
