Product description
The model 802 chair was first manufactured in 1960 by ESA, and is an iconic piece pf Danish design from the midcentury period. Features black aniline leather with angled armrests and raised head-rest. It sits on a heavy chrome swivel base. The chair has been recently restored - the leather having been retouched and softened with leather fat. The cushions are still plump and extremely comfortable and retain the original down filling. The base showed some signs of oxidation but has been buffed with metal polish and still retains its chrome shine. The chair comes with the original matching footstool.
