A sophisticated mahogany writing bureau and architectural high chair suite designed by Rud Thygesen and Johnny Sørensen in Denmark during the 1980s. This ensemble beautifully reflects the transition of Danish modernism into the late 20th century, highlighting minimalist geometry combined with elite cabinetmaking traditions.
The tall desk features a distinct raked writing platform complete with a clean charcoal-toned inset surface and a singular soft-close drawer.
