Large and refined in design, this coffee table was designed by Danish designer Niels Bach for the A/S company in the 1960s. The furniture combines a sculptural look with the warmth of solid teak and is a strong addition in a midcentury, Japanese or modern interior.
The organically shaped base is executed in solid teak and supports a rectangular top with elegant faceted edge. The table top is covered with high-quality teak veneer inlaid in a mirrored fashion, creating a characteristic pattern of recurring grain. Between the legs is a practical shelf for storing magazines or accessories.
The table has been completely renovated by us. All old maintenance layers have been carefully removed to bring back the original warm glow of the teak. The wood has been hand sanded and nourished with several coats of matte furniture oil. Thus, the table is in beautiful condition and can be used immediately.
Upon purchase you will receive maintenance instructions with matching furniture oil so that the furniture retains its appearance.
