Product description
Danish ceramic vase, model 3340, designed by Einar Johansen in the 1960s. This vase was manufactured by Søholm Stentøj on the Danish island of Bornholm. The vase has a height of 41 cm and features Johansen's characteristic organic and sculptural design. It has a beautiful glaze finish that gives the surface a lively appearance. The combination of form, texture, and color makes this a particularly decorative object that fits perfectly into any interior. The vase is in very beautiful vintage condition and is marked on the bottom. Einar Johansen is one of the important ceramists who worked for Søholm and is known for his characterful designs with pronounced shapes and rich glazes. Model 3340 is a fine example of typical Danish ceramics from this period.
