An elegant chandelier manufactured at the renowned Železnobrodské Sklo factory in Czechoslovakia in the 1970s.
The lamp is made of brass and adorned with a series of glass, crystal beads, and icicles, creating a striking, cascading form. The light beautifully refracts through the glass, highlighting the chandelier's unique character and lending the interior an atmosphere of luxury.

Železnobrodské Sklo (ŽBS) is one of the most renowned Czechoslovak glassworks, founded in 1948 in Železný Brod, a town with a centuries-old glassmaking tradition. The factory was established as part of the state consolidation of the glass industry after World War II and quickly became one of the leading producers of artistic and utility glass in Czechoslovakia.
The factory was renowned for its high-quality blown, pressed, and crystal glass, as well as for designs created by renowned Czech and Slovak designers. In the 1960s and 1970s, the factory gained particular recognition for its crystal glass lamps, chandeliers, and lighting fixtures, which were exported throughout Europe and to the United States.
ŽBS products are characterized by hand-finishing, precision craftsmanship, and decorative appeal, making them prized collector's items today.
