Železnobrodské Sklo (ŽBS) is one of the most renowned Czechoslovak glassworks, founded in 1948 in Železný Brod, a town with a centuries-old glassmaking tradition. The factory was established as part of the state consolidation of the glass industry after World War II and quickly became one of the leading producers of artistic and utility glass in Czechoslovakia.
