Product description
On offer here is a beautiful table lamp in the style of the WMF lamps of the 1930s. The transparent base of the lamp has a continuous craqueleé, which gives the glass a beautiful play of light. The holder of the socket is chrome-plated and attached to the glass body with three adjusting screws. The socket and socket rings are probably made of Bakelite. I would date the lamp back to the 1940s/50s. It is functional and is operated with E27 bulbs. The electrics should be professionally checked by an electrician if necessary. Apart from discoloration, scratches on the chrome and small chips on the neck (these are not normally visible under the chrome cover), the lamp is in good condition for its age. The socket has some play.
