Wireless vase lamp – suitable for balconies or patios – crafted from a porcelain vase by KPM Krister Porcelain Manufactory (model 599/2).
The vase dates from the second half of the 20th century and is often associated with the 1970s. The Krister Porcelain Manufactory – later known as KPM Germany – produced not only classic porcelain but also decorative vases with clean, modern lines that fit well stylistically into the late Mid-Century period.
The vase has a calm, slightly conical shape and a vibrant red glaze with black accent stripes, which appears particularly intense under the lamp's light.

The vase was carefully converted into a lamp using a securely anchored, yet removable, plug-in solution. The lamp base is weighted for stability. The vase opening is sealed with a high-quality brass cap, preserving the vase's collector's value. A matching E27 socket with a brass finish is included.
Technology – cordless & flexible: The lamp is powered by a rechargeable LED bulb, which can be charged via a USB-C cable. It provides up to 12 hours of light. The bulb can be purchased separately for approximately €12. The LED bulb is suitable for outdoor use. It can be dimmed using the included remote control, and several light colors are available. Especially with colored light modes – such as red, green, or purple – interesting light reflections appear on the glazed surface.
Thanks to its cordless operation, the lamp is ideal for locations without a direct power outlet, such as balconies, patios, or gardens.
The lampshade is made of Japanese cotton fabric with a modern graphic floral design. The pattern features stylized water lilies with organic lines, creating a serene, almost ornamental effect.
The fabric allows light to filter through softly, providing warm, atmospheric illumination.
This lamp is a unique piece, crafted from a porcelain vase and a handmade lampshade, and is suitable for both indoor and sheltered outdoor use.
