Product description
This refined porcelain figurine, titled "Embroidery", is a creation by Compton & Woodhouse from 1996. It is part of the exclusive collection The Graceful Arts and was designed by sculptor Maureen Halson. The object depicts an elegant lady in a detailed, light purple dress with floral motifs, seated on a graceful balustrade while she devotes herself to embroidery.
The figurine is crafted from high-quality porcelain and finished with subtle gold-colored accents that highlight the edges of her hat, dress, and embroidery hoop. The color scheme combines soft lilac and pink tones with green floral details on the base. This specific piece bears the number 766 from a limited edition of 2,500 pieces, as stated on the underside, along with the Royal Worcester Fine Bone China stamp.
The object is in excellent condition and shows no visible signs of wear or damage. The colors are bright and the glaze is completely intact, attesting to careful preservation over the years. Unfortunately, it is missing the original box.
