Beautiful and colorful Art Nouveau plant pot or cache pot, made of crackled majolica earthenware that is polychrome glazed, a beautiful depiction of a bouquet of flowers in a wicker basket, turquoise glazed on the inside, marked FFAS Made in France at the bottom, circa early 20th century. These plant pots are rare, Art Nouveau vases are much more common, so cache pots are highly sought after by collectors of majolica earthenware. This beautiful plant pot is in very good condition, minimal signs of age and use appropriate for its age, such as scratches on the bottom and 1 tiny chip (3mm) in the glaze of a rose, but the object still looks fantastic, check the photos for more details!
