This refined Chinese plate from the Republic Period is a beautiful example of the Famille Rose or Canton style. The plate immediately catches the eye with its vibrant and detailed decoration, a hallmark of this sought-after porcelain tradition.
Featuring lotus and peony flowers, surrounded by symbols of longevity (Shou), butterflies, and birds.
Signed with the iron mark for the Qianlong government mark (apocryphal).
