Product description
Decorative Chinese cloisonné vase, 31 cm high, made of enamel on metal. The vase features a particularly richly detailed floral decor with chrysanthemum and peony-like flowers, leaves, and elegant tendrils. Notable is the warm brownish-red background, combined with turquoise, blue, green, pink, and yellow enamel. The motifs are separated by the fine metal wirework characteristic of traditional cloisonné technique. The neck and foot are also fully decorated with floral and geometric ornaments. The underside is finished with bright blue enamel. The inside and edges are metal/brass colored. Probably Chinese production from the 20th century. No visible factory or maker's mark found. Dimensions: height 31 cm. Condition: good used condition with normal signs of age and use; see photos for detailed condition. A colorful and striking decorative object that fits well in both classic and modern interiors.
