Rare Soviet Chess Set 1941 – Artel “Kultsport” Moscow – 100% Complete & Original
An absolutely complete and original Soviet wooden chess set from 1941. This historic set was manufactured by the renowned production cooperative (Artel) “Kultsport” in Moscow.
Inside the folding chessboard are the original, perfectly legible factory stamps from the Second World War era:

The standard pieces have light blue fabric bases, while the queens were marked and lined with dark red fabric by a contemporary player.
