Timeless elegance Italian twelve-light chandelier from the early 1950s in gilded brass with conical Murano glass lampshades made with "Reticello" filigree workmanship. This complex and fascinating glass processing, exclusive to the finest Venetian glassworks. can be attributed to Aureliano Toso.
The structure of the chandelier has an elaborate and very rare design, with a pleasing alternation of brass details with other cream-colored lacquered ones, typical of the period.

Glass lampshades are in perfect condition with no cracks. The brass frame is intact, no deformation, may show signs of use and patina consistent with age.
The lacquered parts are also in good overall condition.
NOTE: as in photo, that over time a crevice of about 2 cm/ 0.78 inches in length has formed on one of gilded metal connecting detail, not visible except at close range and which, however, given its limited extent, neither alters nor limits its function.
The wiring has been replaced, the standard E27 lampholders at the bottom and E14 at the top, are all original and fully functional.
