The set was made in the 1960s by the renowned Italian manufacturer Ceramiche SIC.
A ceramic set by the Italian brand Ceramiche SIC, originating from Montelupo Fiorentino in Tuscany, made in the 1960s–1970s. It consists of a large jug with a geometric, modernist form with an angular handle and six cups. The whole set is finished with glaze in shades of beige and apricot, with a characteristic, delicate colour transition. The design, in the spirit of Italian functional modernism, combines simplicity of form with decorative subtlety. The original ‘ceramiche SIC - Italy’ sticker confirms the origin of the product from one of the most important Italian ceramic manufacturers of the second half of the 20th century. Ceramiche SIC are valued by design collectors.
Condition: Items preserved in their original condition, may have minor scratches and normal signs of use.
