Product description
A striking Italian ceiling light from the 1970s, designed by Giovanni Offredi for MC Selvini. The light combines a generously sized shade made of translucent fiberglass with a finely crafted wooden frame. The surrounding wooden frame and the radially arranged wooden support give the piece a warm, organic feel and create a captivating contrast to the subtly textured, translucent surface of the fiberglass. Typical of Italian design of this period, the light combines sculptural presence with functional lighting, producing a pleasantly diffused, atmospheric glow.
Condition: Good vintage condition with only very minor signs of age-related wear. Slight patina on the wood and fine marks on the fiberglass surface; overall well-maintained and fully functional.
