Original Cees Braakman secretary cabinet for Pastoe, dating from the 1960s. A beautiful example of Dutch mid-century modern design, combining a secretary desk, bookcase and storage cabinet in one functional piece. The cabinet is executed in warm teak veneer and stands on a contrasting black metal base. The upper section offers open shelving, while the fold-down front reveals a spacious white writing surface and practical interior compartments. The lower cabinet provides additional closed storage. Its relatively compact width makes this an ideal piece for anyone looking for a substantial vintage workspace without the footprint of a traditional desk.
