Original vintage teak hi-fi and storage cabinet designed by Cees Braakman for Pastoe, The Netherlands, as part of the iconic Made to Measure series.
A particularly attractive configuration featuring open shelving and a large pull-out and rotating platform, originally intended for a record player or other hi-fi equipment. The rotating plateau measures 70 × 40 cm and makes this piece ideal for a contemporary vinyl and audio setup.
The warm teak, clean architectural lines and functional construction are characteristic of Braakman’s Dutch Mid-Century Modern designs for Pastoe. Thanks to its relatively narrow width of 93 cm, the cabinet offers substantial storage without occupying too much floor space.
Perfect as a record player cabinet, vinyl storage unit, bookcase, hi-fi cabinet or display cabinet.
The cabinet is in good vintage condition with age-related signs of use and patina. Please see the photographs for a detailed impression of its condition.
