Original Carrara & Matta “Gardena” wall cabinet, designed and manufactured in Italy in the 1970s. A striking example of Italian plastic design from the Space Age era, featuring a sculptural double-door front in a warm coral orange colour. The interior offers several practical storage compartments. Originally designed as a bathroom or medicine cabinet, it also works beautifully as a decorative wall-mounted storage piece in a contemporary interior. Marked inside: Carrara & Matta – Gardena – Mod. Dep. – Made in Italy Approx. dimensions: W 52 × H 36.5 × D 16 cm Good vintage condition with light signs of age and use. There is one small stable crack at the lower edge of one door, clearly shown in the photos. It does not affect the functionality or stability of the cabinet. A particularly attractive version thanks to its unusual colour and double-door design.
