Danish modernist vintage silver-plated flower vase, flower frog, designed by Hans Bunde and produced by Carl Cohr of Fredericia, Denmark in the 1950s. This mid-century modern egg-shaped flower holder is made of brass with heavy silver plating (90 microns). Neatly marked on the bottom: COHR, Denmark, epa (galvanized brass). There are seven holes for inserting flowers, with another internal section with nineteen holes to support the flower stems. In good vintage condition with signs of wear consistent with age and use. Dimensions: width 7 cm, height 5 cm and depth 9 cm.
