The piece of furniture shown here is a magnificent sideboard from the Gründerzeit period (circa 1880–1890).
This era is characterized by historicist elements, robust forms, and intricate carvings.

This cabinet is made of solid oak.

Elaborate floral and geometric carvings (such as the diamond motif in the center).
