An extremely rare collector's item for lovers of high-end mid-century modern design. This 6-piece ceramic tile panel features a beautifully stylized rooster (Gockel / Coq). By the renowned designer Helge Pfaff for Bückeburg Keramik (Fürst-Adolf-Werkstätte, active until 1971). The panel is fantastic, thanks to the intense, high-gloss ochre yellow/orange background glaze. The rooster is artistically constructed from a thick, tactile snow-white glaze layer with contrasting, colorful feathers in deep red, blue, bright yellow, and green. The 6 tiles together form one beautiful continuous work of art and are mounted on a wooden backing plate, equipped with a hanging system. Fantastic and colorful, for a retro or modern interior.
