A characterful coffee table by designers Rolf Middelboe and Gorm Lindum, designed for the Danish Tranekær Furniture. This furniture company was known for its artisanal production methods and striking mosaic designs.
The table is crafted entirely from solid wenge wood. The tabletop consists of no fewer than 1,600 individually inlaid blocks, allowing the rich grain pattern and deep color variations of the wood to be beautifully showcased. The robust design gives the table a rugged, brutalist look, while the refined craftsmanship ensures an exclusive and timeless appearance.
Thanks to its powerful design, this coffee table is surprisingly easy to combine. A real eye-catcher in a classic, modern, or industrial interior, but also perfect in a more pronounced rock-’n-roll, beach, or boho style.
