Pair of three-light wrought iron candlesticks, crafted using traditional hot-forging techniques.
Each piece rests on a crossed four-legged base, ensuring excellent stability despite the overall height.
The slender, intentionally irregular stems and hammered cups demonstrate a deliberate handcrafting process, typical of French artisanal production from the early 1970s. An incised signature under the base reads "M.H 72," likely indicating the artisan's initial and the year of manufacture.
The narrow depth allows for easy placement on a console table, mantelpiece, or architectural ledge. ________________________________________
