Description
Bruno Rey was one of the most important figures in the Swiss design movement. In the 1970s, he worked for manufacturers such as Interlübke, Vitra, Cassina, and Dietiker. Throughout his career, Rey received numerous awards and accolades for his contributions to industrial design, including the Swiss Design Award in 2007. His designs are exhibited in museums worldwide, including the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York.
The Rey Chair was designed by Rey in 1971. This iconic model was reissued by HAY and is currently experiencing a renaissance in the furniture market.
