Description
Bruno Rey was one of the most important representatives of the Swiss design movement. In the 1970s, Bruno Rey worked for manufacturers such as Interlübke, Vitra, Cassina, and Dietiker. Throughout his career, Bruno Rey has received numerous prizes and awards for his contributions to industrial design, including the 2007 Swiss Design Award. His designs are exhibited in museums around the world, including the MoMA in New York.
The designer designed the Ray Chair in 1971. The iconic model was reissued by HAY and is currently experiencing a renaissance in the furniture market.
