Product description
Special Belgian vintage Sculpture in bronze by Louis Nelen, presumably made between 1950 and 1960.
The Sculpture has a distinct modernist idiom, with elegant, highly simplified lines characteristic of post-war design from that period. The composition is dynamic and sculptural, with a beautiful balance between abstraction and figuration.
Made of heavy bronze with a warm, aged patina and placed on a stepped black plinth.
The original Louis Nelen label from Belgium is still on the underside. This label documents the Belgian origin of the object.
